As a thunderstorm moved south-southeast across Eastern Rockland County, it "pulsed" and caused high winds that downed trees and power lines in Stony Point and Congers. As a thunderstorm moved southeast across Northern Richmond County, it "pulsed" and produced 1 inch diameter hail.
